Most of the selections played on UltimateSciFi Internet Radio are from my personal library or trades with other collectors. The Ultimate SciFi Website is a place to share news and reviews on OTR or Old Time Radio as well ad Modern Audio Drama, AudioBooks or Readings and even PodCasts. The station came out of in part of a personal desire wel well as for others to listen to science fiction anytime work, home, anywhere there is an internet connection.
This is also the home for Science Fiction Creators. What is Science Fiction Creators? Science Fiction Creators website is a place for people to share original SF works in all formats, written, audio, visual.
How long has Science Fiction Creators been online? The original site went online in May 1994. It had a few names over the years, first Perihelion, then Alternate Universe, then January 1, 1999 I came up with the new name Science Fiction Creators. The domain for years was under the name anxst.com and also in Jan 1, 1999 the new domain became sfcreators.com.

I listen from the U.K. and often listen long enough for the programme to start repeating itself. The archived programmes are extremely interesting, as well as exciting, and often show how thinking has progressed in the intervening years.
I have always liked Sci Fi on radio. It is better than most visual media. As has been said, “the scenery is better”. A favourite of mine used to be “Journey into Space”, a series broadcast on the BBC Home Service (before it was Radio 4) during the 1950’s. Any chance of getting hold of any old recordings?
